Hosting Department and Contact Information (Name, Email, Phone Number)
# of Ambassadors needed
Any additional information you would like Ambassadors to know.
Some things to keep in mind:
– Requests must be submitted at least one (1) week in advance. We try our best to accommodate every request we receive.
– Requests are confirmed after you have received an email from The Office of Admissions. We will provide you with the names and emails of the Ambassadors who will be staffing your event.
